Blog Post by: Jennifer Pulsifer On a Friday night after a long work week, the last thing we want to do is cook let alone prepare a meal that is both delicious and nutritious. We go for pizza, take-out, something that is fast and easy. Even local grocery stores are changing their store layouts to provide already prepared meals right at our fingertips. It is available to us and we are tired, so we go for it. Most of the time we don’t even think about it and we especially don’t think about what we are actually putting into our bodies.
